Placing An Order
Due to the nature or our work we spend a lot of time out creating displays so the best way to contact us is by email - balloonsbrighton@gmail.com, please give as much detail as possible so we can start to work out the best possible display for your event.
Once we have the details we can arrange a phone call to discuss the options (or we can do it all by email if you prefer).
If you need assistance in making your decision we are happy to help, we can design displays, talk about colour combinations and when everything is worked out we will send you a quote.
Please note that the order is only booked in once the payment has been received.
Due to the nature of our business we often have to rely on suppliers for items to make up an order.
Latex balloons only have a limited shelf life due to the bio degradable nature of the product we therefore only keep a certain amount in stock. We therefore will often require up to two weeks notice to complete an order.

All displays require at least 5 working days between receipt of payment and delivery of goods, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not counted in the 5 days.
Delivery
Delivery charges are included in the quote that we will send you before you place your order.
We calculate the delivery charge at 50p per mile on a round trip basis.
Cancellation
Please note that once an order has been placed and paid for the job will be booked in, stock put by and if required ordered from our suppliers.
We require a minimum of 5 days notice to cancel an order.
If you then wish to cancel the order we will issue a credit note for the full value of the order for use anytime within the next 12 months.
If the job has special orders, has already been started or printing which has already been carried out these will have to be paid for in full.
Payment
We accept payment by card, PayPal, or by bank transfer.
Card payments can be made over the phone, but we prefer to send a Paypal invoice which will take the payment through a secure site and we will not receive any of your payment details.
Bank transfer details are on the invoices.
